Charitable Giving
The “Tree of Life” is prominently displayed in the lobby of Corry Memorial Hospital. This sculpture provides a unique way to honor someone special as well as recognize generous donors.
“Tree of Life” funds are utilized by Corry Memorial Hospital to fulfill our mission to deliver community-based, quality healthcare. This includes building renovations, new technologies, the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment and much more.
There are three levels of giving to the “Tree of Life”:
- The Foundation Brick: $2,500 & above
- The Golden Acorn: $1,000 to $2,499
- The Golden Leaf: $200 each
